Turtle and Crocodile Watching Tour

With our lodge guides, guests can take late afternoon and night tours of Carate beach looking for nesting turtles laying their eggs. At times, hatchlings may be seen emerging from the sand and heading for the sea. Turtle watching is seasonal and their arrival times depend on the particular species. Crocodiles can also be observed in the lagoon, with special guided tours at night by boat.
